There are as many opinions as people. You can either share them or disagree. It’s hard to give the right answer to your question. It will be subjective. This business is very competitive; there exist black and white lists of agencies. To survive many agencies resort to various tricks in order to blacken their competitors’ reputation. It’s only you who should make your choice. I would advise you to search through Internet for the “blue chips” and to read what their clients say about their services. Find out what kind of services they are and how many success stories they have. Good companies should have good customer service – they should be always ready to help you with any questions or issues.
