i went to army camp and done there lots of physical task.climbing jumping.rope climbing.tarzan jump all that
when i came back to my room.i found blood on my underwear.i was afraid and didnt tell this to anyone.i want to confirm that is my hymen layer broked or still there.kindly reply me.as i am afraid and not able to consult a doctor or tell this to anyone at home
